Health Spell Jar

Something to help support the healing process - mental, physical, and spiritual. Of course, this is not a cure for what you're ailed with - but a token fueled with healing energies and vitality. The common cold, depression, nausea, etc. If you need a little more support during a sickness that you're struggling with, this little jar will bring you some comfort. If you're sick, you very well may be in bed resting - a bedside table is where I would recommend keeping this. If you must venture out while you're feeling under the weather, I would suggest bringing this jar with you. Meditate on this jar visualizing how you felt when you were in good health - and how you'd like to feel sooner rather than later. Feel better soon!
