Dream Clarity Spell Jar

This jar is made to help you navigate through your dreams - especially the confusing ones. Our dreams and the things our subconcious minds bring to forefront during our slumber can oftentimes be a little too cryptic. This is made to help bring you clarity to those things you experience in the night upon waking up. This jar is best kept nearby while you sleep. Before heading off to dreamland, maybe make a 5 minute meditation a part of your bedtime routine. Meditate on this jar and it's intention to help guide you through your dreams. I would also advise upon waking up to quickly jot everything down you can remember from your dream, especially if you typically struggle to recall later on in the day. This one is powerful, have a good rest!
